TRAUMA PROGRAM MANAGER
Holly is an accomplished and dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and medical operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University and pursued her master’s degree in health care management at the Oregon Health & Science University.
In her current role as the Trauma Program Manager at Providence Santa Rosa Medical Center, Holly oversees and manages the trauma program, ensuring the highest level of care and coordination for patients requiring trauma services.
Prior to her current position, Holly excelled as the VP of Medical Operations at VIKAND Solutions, where she spearheaded the development and implementation of a telehealth wellness program for the maritime industry. She also led initiatives focused on medical service excellence, compliance, and quality assurance across multiple cruise lines and vessels.
Holly's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Operations and Partnership Relations at REACH Air Medical Services, Director of Fleet Medical Operations at Holland America, and Seabourn Cruise Line, and holding various leadership positions at Life Flight Network, including Director of Customer Service. Over her 13-year career as a flight nurse with REACH and Life Flight Network in the Pacific Northwest, Holly garnered invaluable experience and expertise in critical care transport and patient care.
Holly stays active in professional communities by being a member of the Trauma Manager Association of California, Society of Trauma Nurses, American College of Surgeons, American Trauma Society, and Trauma Center Association of America and is passionate about delivering quality trauma care.

TRAUMA PROCESS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR
Meaghan, a nurse with 12 years of experience in Emergency and Trauma, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master's in Nursing with a focus on Clinical Nurse Leadership. She's excelled in various roles, including Trauma Program Manager, where she ensured top-notch patient care.
Beyond her clinical work, Meaghan has contributed significantly to her field through publications, speaking engagements, and as an adjunct clinical nursing and simulation instructor at the University of San Francisco. Her dedication to nursing education has left a lasting impact on her students.
Meaghan's influence extends to the national level as a member of the American College of Surgeons Trauma Quality Programs Content and Expertise Panel. Her collaboration with experts helps shape trauma care standards and guidelines.
Currently serving as a Process Improvement Coordinator, Meaghan continues her quest for healthcare quality improvement, continuing to make a lasting impact as a leader and advocate in the field of emergency and trauma nursing.

Laura started her career as an Emergency Medicine Registered Nurse, working over 7 years in various Emergency Departments and Trauma Centers. Laura transitioned from Emergency Nurse to Trauma Process Improvement Coordinator while working at MarinHealth Medical Center, focusing on her Process Improvement career. Laura has been working as a Trauma Process Improvement Coordinator since April 2022 and thoroughly enjoys her role working with a larger team at a Level II ACS Accredited Trauma Center.
